Custard  made with the Dutch brand  “Koopmans custard”

            “4 persons

INGREDIENTS

            custard pudding :

            65 gr powder = 9 tbsp

            1 lter mil

            65 gr sugar = 7 tbsp

           

           

           

            for the thinner pudding ( vla )

           

            50 gr poeder = 7 spoons

            1 ltr milk

            65 gr sugar = spoons

           

           

DIRECTIONS

            Pudding;

            Stir the sugar into the custard

            Take 6 spoons of the milk and stir this in the milk/sugar

            Heat the rest of the milk

            Add the mix while stirring to the hot milk

            Bring to the boil while still stirring

            Boil for 3 min.

            Rinse a pudding mould with cold water and pour the

            pudding into the mould

           

            etc etc

            For the thin vla

            the same way only you do not need to pour into a big

            mould can be served with fruit sauce or lemonade syrup
