Oliebollen ( Dutch Donuts )

Ingredients

750  grams flour

1 spoons salt

2 times eggs

35 grams butter

10 grams yeast, dried yeast

750 grams milk

3 spoons soft sugar

400 grams raisins

400 grams apple   

cinnamon to taste, not to much

powder sugar, to decorate

Method

Thing you need; 

Mixer with whisk

Clean deepfryer

Vegetable oil

Skimmer spoon

2 dinner spoons

2 big bowls

Lots off kitchen paper

Clean tea towels

To do first ;

Peel the apple and cut them in small cubes.

Heat the milk to room temp.

Melt the butter In a little pan ( melt ! Not let it heat to much )

Soak the raisin, and dry it with paper

Beat the eggs

To do then ;

1, Put the flour and the salt into a big bowl.

2, Mix the yeast and the sugar with a little warm milk and add this to the flour, Add little bij little the remain of the milk and whisk until there is a smooth mass

3, Add the beaten egg

4, add the melted butter

5, Add some cinnamon to taste.

6, then the apple and the raisin.

7, divide the dough in two bowls or use a very big one, and cover with a warm moist cloth, place it on a warm place for at least a hour

8, Heat oil to 160 celsius.

9,  Plunge the 2 dinner spoons a second in the hot oil, and with the spoons little portions dough , one by one. Slide the balls in the oil.

10, Do not make them to big and also not so many in ones, if the are not turning around bij themselves then push them under a second then the wil.

11, the are good when they have a nice brown color all over. Drain a bit above the pan and place them on paper in a bowl or dish.

12, powder them only with the sugar when the are cooled

It is possible to make 50 oliebollen with this .
