Yoghert pudding

5 leaves of white galantine

800 ml yoghurt

Tin of mandarines or a other nice fruit on juice

A sweetener

Info 9 gram of galantine powder is equal to 6 leaves of galantine

Soak the galantine in spacious water or when you use powder galantine ; pour some cold water in it and stirr

Heat the mandarins and add the galantine ( first squeeze out the water if you use galantine leaves ).

Then after this add the yoghurt the mandarines and the sweetening. Stiffen  the pudding in a fridge  overnight

You can use vanilla sugar to sweeten the yoghurt.
