Crumdough

 

This type of dough called crumble because, if you mix the ingredients together, crumbs that resemble coarse crumbs .
Shortcrust pastry is used for butter cookies and as solid ground for cakes and pastries. They also used crumble or as loose crumbs on top bv an apple pie.

200g flour ( sifted) 150g butter
100g sugar
10 g water

1 g salt

1 Place the required materials and raw materials ready for use.
2 Weigh and measure all ingredients thoroughly.
3 Knead on the workbench , the butter by hand until a viscous mass is formed.
4 Add the liquid to the sugar.
5 Mix the sugar mixture, and the salt with the hand through the butter.
6 Sift the flour over the butter mixture .
7 Now make a rubbing motion with both hands so that “crumbs” from the butter – flour mixture arise .
8 When all the flour is incorporated , you can suppress the mass under light add together.
9 Place the dough in a bowl , cover it and let it set in the refrigerator .
10 Provide the product of a sticker and make your workspace clean.

Crumb dough can be the best one day in advance.
This command can also be performed in a basin. This is especially easy in a kitchen that is not too much space.
